30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Bluepeek products. If you're not happy with your plaque, contact us at info@bluepeek.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a refund or replacement.

Faulty or not as described: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if the failure does not amount to a major failure.

How to start a return: Email info@bluepeek.com.au with your order number and reason. Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the return is confirmed. Original shipping is non-refundable except where the item is faulty. Change-of-mind return postage is the customer's responsibility.
